This new moon evening will start with cacao, as a heart opening gift from Mother Nature, to help us arrive and land fully, bringing us all our senses into presence, connecting with our Self, our heart and the divine wisdom within us.

From this place of awareness, we’ll explore free writing to find clarity and reveal insights, desires, and truths ready to be seen - by allowing that which we already know to flow onto the page without judgement.

To close, you’ll be guided through a meditative drawing practice to help integrate what has come through. This gentle, yet deeply transformational creative process will support the manifestation of our intentions, helping us to deepen our connection with the conscious universe in playful way and to fully embrace unlimited potential and possibility.

The new moon is the perfect time to pause, a natural moment to tune in to your heart, reflect, and plant seeds for what you wish to invite into your life.
